Setup and Key Actions
Stand with feet about shoulder with apart, fold forward bending the knees deeply, wedge triceps under the back of the legs, start to bring your seat down towards the ground lean upper body forward, mowing the shoulders over the fingertips to keep balance. Straighten legs reaching the toes to the sky.
Modifications
If you are not ready to straighten your legs yet, you can hook the toes together in front of heart center, or work towards straightening the legs and making them parallel with the earth, once you can reach this place you are ready to shift your balance and reach your toes to the sky letting your tailbone point down towards the ground.
