As you arrive, feel free to bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. We have blocks and straps ready for you to use, so all you need to do is show up and get ready for a great time.

Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner, I offer a variety of postures (asanas) to help you deepen your practice and have a truly fulfilling yoga experience.
