How long are your yoga classes?

To ensure a smooth start, we kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes early. This gives you ample time to settle in, complete any necessary payment or punch card arrangements, and secure your preferred spot before the class begins. As for Karolina, our dedicated teacher, she’s usually there 30 minutes prior to the class, preparing the space with love and care. So come early, embrace the serenity, and get ready to embark on a transformative yoga journey.
Are there any age restrictions for attending classes?
We welcome practitioners of all ages who are able to maintain focus and respect the class environment for the duration of the hour-long session. While our classes primarily cater to adults, we’ve had the pleasure of hosting a couple teenagers who have thoroughly enjoyed their experience alongside their parents. Please note that our classes are not suitable for young children. If you’re under 18 years old, we kindly ask that you be accompanied by your legal guardian, who must provide consent for your participation. Do you provide yoga mats or should I bring my own?

What should I wear to a yoga class?
While I wouldn’t advise wearing a full snowsuit or your birthday suit, please come dressed in anything you feel comfortable in. Yoga is not a fashion show, the important part is that you are in flexible, breathable clothing that does not limit your movement.
Can I attend classes if I'm pregnant?
Yes, as long as you have permission from your doctor and accept our waiver terms, we would love to meet you on the mat in anticipation of meeting your little one!
