Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Blocks and straps are provided.

I tailor my class based on my students and offer many posture (asana) variations from beginner to advanced to help everyone in class from the beginner yogi to the advanced practitioner have a fulfilling yoga experience.
