Meet the Instructor
Karolina, our experienced and passionate instructor, has been teaching yoga for 14 years. She completed her teacher training at The Chicago Yoga Center (which sadly has closed it’s doors) with Suddha Weixler and has since dedicated herself to sharing the benefits of yoga with others. Karolina believes that yoga is a powerful tool for physical, mental, and emotional wellness, and she is committed to helping her students achieve their goals.
At Stellar Yoga Hickory Hills, we offer a variety of classes to suit every yogi’s needs. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we have a class that’s right for you. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief.
Tailored Classes for Every Yogi
One of the things that sets Stellar Yoga Hickory Hills apart is our commitment to tailoring each class to the needs and abilities of the students. [Name] takes the time to get to know her students and understand their goals and limitations. She then creates a class that is challenging yet accessible, with posture variations and modifications to ensure that everyone can participate.
Posture Variations for a Fulfilling Experience
Another key aspect of our classes is the emphasis on posture variations. [Name] understands that every body is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. That’s why she offers a variety of posture variations and modifications to help each student find the version of the pose that works best for them. This approach ensures that every yogi in class can have a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.
We offer classes throughout the week, with options for morning, afternoon, and evening practice. Our schedule is designed to accommodate busy lifestyles, with classes ranging from 60 to 90 minutes in length. Check out our schedule online to find the class that’s right for you.
