Although yoga is generally a very low-key activity, there are a few things you should bring to your first class to make sure you’re comfortable. First, dress in comfortable clothing that you can move around in easily. You don’t need anything special – just something that won’t restrict your movement. Second, bring a yoga mat if you have one, it’s always best to get one and honestly they are not very expensive at a store like TJ Maxx.
